Colombian Street Kitchen

‘CSK’ has been making waves in London since the summer of 2014, wowing Londoners with its traditional Colombian street food staples such as empanadas (deep-fried pasties), multigrain arepas (corn flatbreads) and tamales (parcels of vegetables and meat steamed in banana leaves). Vigilant London foodies might have noticed CSK at any number of popular street food stalls over the past few years, or encountered the brand at kitchen takeovers in Brixton, Hackney, Walthamstow and Peckham among others. CSK has also been part of the 2014 and 2015 Colombian Food Festivals, but Green Rooms is its first ‘permanent’ residency.
