The bar/lobby is a place to grab a coffee in the morning, hang out and work during the day and have a beer or two in the evening. The ground floor is also where you'll find our resident kitchen serving great food for lunch and dinner.

The bar/lobby is also available to hire for private events.

Our 3rd floor Gallery is an impressive space featuring a high ceiling with a beautiful skylight and Art Deco detailing. The Gallery is perfect for rehearsals, exhibitions, film and photography shoots, screenings, weddings and other private events. It’s also a great space for team work sessions, presentations and meetings

The gallery has its own bar and preparation area with 2 fridges, dishwasher, sink and ice machine.

The Resident's Lounge is a smaller but no less light and airy space at the back of the ground floor suitable for smaller events. It can be used as a boardroom and training room for up to 20 delegates.
