STARTERS: Yaji Roots Soup - Yaji spiced roasted sweet potato soup / or Akara - Bean fritters

MAINS: Nigerian 'Party' Jollof Rice served with plantain and moin moin / or Beans Pottage - a bean pottage of slow cooked Nigerian honey beans and plantain in palm oil
